This one closed back in April, and I never shared. SO...I am now😄.

My buyers were amazing on this transaction. The entire time we had fantastic communication and were on the same page as to how to approach this competitive situation. We ended up competing as one of SEVEN offers on this property and because of good strategy, constant contact with the listing broker, and the writing of a nice clean offer, we were able to get it signed around.

My clients had scheduled a vacation to Hawaii long before this property even hit the market, and the entire time we were under contract they were still able to enjoy their vacation while escrow and I ensured everything continued smoothly.

The buyers are currently renovating and updating the two separate living areas. The plan is to use one half to live fulltime, and rent out the other portion. It is perfect for their needs, and I am super happy for them. 🙏
