Soooo....I've spoken to alot of people that want to invest but, are waiting to buy here on LI. Here's a few things to consider...

▪︎ multi-family properties in metro NY are higher priced
▪︎ multi-family properties a little further away are lower priced
▪︎ the prices for a metro NY 🏘 are not going to ⏬️ to $200,000 anytime soon.
▪︎ buy properties where you can afford to and let those properties help you buy your dream home or investment property. Don't wait and hope for a price drop.
