Today was a very special closing day for my sellers at 221 Sweet Tea Ln. After a long journey, they have officially SOLD their Florida home and are finally able to move forward with their plans to return to Texas! ❤️

Before listing with me, this home had been on the market for close to a year and a half with different agents without selling. Like many sellers, they initially chose a large, nationally recognized real estate brand because they believed the name would bring their home more recognition, exposure, and ultimately a buyer.
