Meet Ted Shoop - an experienced REALTOR® working under the brokerage of eXp Realty with over 25 years experience assisting real estate buyers, sellers & investors. Ted is a Bachelor of Science graduate of Auburn University from the School of Engineering and is also an FAA-licensed private pilot. In his earlier life & career, Ted spent over 20 years working in the aerospace industry for several maj
or corporations as an engineer, contracts negotiator, manager, and advisor. During their time in Georgia, Ted along with his wife, Vicki, led a successful husband & wife real estate team in Northeast Atlanta metro area assisting home buyers and sellers. They have an adult son and two rescued Weimaraners. A few years ago, Ted & Vicki began implementing their exit strategy to move their home and real estate business to the Emerald Coast of Florida - their “Happy Place” - where they have frequently vacationed over the past 40 years along with friends and family. When Ted became licensed with the State of Florida, he decided to partner with and work under the brokerage of eXp Realty. Ted looks forward to applying his extensive real estate knowledge, skills and experience to assist customers looking to sell and/or purchase a home or investment property along the Emerald Coast or the Bay.
