Is this still available?
-Yes. If you see it on our page it is available. We take our homes down as soon as we have an approved application and holding fee. How much is the deposit?
-The deposit is based on your credit. If your credit score is greater than 640 points the deposit is equal to one month rent. If it is below 640, then the deposit is double. How can I get more information

How can I see the home?
-Please call our office at 815-233-9644, 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Rachel will ask you a few questions and if you are pre-qualified she will schedule a time for you to see the home. Do you accept pets?
-Yes. We charge a $600 non-refundable allergic cleaning fee and $35 per month, per pet, with a limit of 2 pets and must weigh no more than 20 pounds each. Cats and dogs must be spayed/neutered and up to date on all vaccinations. We verify all information with the vet on our pet application.
