Everything happens for a reason! And often disappointment means something better is waiting ahead!! 🇺🇲That's exactly what happened for Allie Arbuckle and Skyler Kellogg !! A couple of hard working local "kids" who needed a bigger place for Brooklyn and the Twins they are expecting!!👶👶 They found their NextHome was a better and smarter buy than renting and they were able to stay in the school district, got off street parking and stayed out of the flood zone!! It took a couple of tries, and a little bit of research and stress, but in the end... we have one super happy family!!!! 🧡 CONGRATULATIONS on your super cute home!! And thank you for your trust!! ~ Heidi Powell
And thanks to Jackie Davis Gaughan for the referral!! 🧡🙌🏽🧡

Today we’re feeling incredibly grateful.

While we’re celebrating two of our agents for their recent awards, we know these recognitions don’t happen without the amazing people around us. To our clients, friends, neighbors, and community — thank you for your continued trust, support, and referrals. You’re the reason our team gets to do what we love every single day.

At NextHome Dynamic, we believe real estate is about more than homes — it’s about relationships. Your loyalty allows our agents to work hard, stay dedicated, and serve this community with heart. These awards belong just as much to you as they do to us.

We appreciate you, we value you, and we’re so thankful to be part of this community together. 🧡💙

Congratulations to Heidi Powell and Scott Jones for your hard work, dedication, and the genuine care you show every day in serving your clients and supporting your community — your commitment truly makes a difference.
