Every closing I’m a part of is special. I’ve had the pleasure of sitting through 4 Closings with Dida and David. So let’s talk about it.

I met Dida in 2020, she owned the cutest boutique that I would visit frequently. We hit it off right away, we would share advice to one another, and that led to our friendship. Then one day out of the blue Dida calls me to show her this adorable bungalow style home in Blair. We go take a look at it, and we both instantly know it’s the one for her! We got the house! Then fast forward, she gets married and now I have a new friend, David! We found them the perfect home in Hooper to start their new lives together! Then fast forward again, they wanted something in a town a little bigger than where they were at. So we made the move to Blair! I watched them turn this house into a home that housed so many memories!

The end goal for Dida and David was always a house in the country! So when the perfect property came on the market we quickly acted on it. Closing day came, and I got to hand them the keys to their dream property!

Not every closing is the same. But I love getting to watch people accomplish their dreams that they’ve been working towards for so long. Thank you a million times Dida and David! I have loved every adventure we have been on!
