Jim Martin, a Bay Area Top-Producing Realtor since 1976 and daughter Jill have a special partnership focusing on a well-rounded clientele from Residential, Ranches, Land, Commercial and Investment Properties. Their engrained connection to the agricultural community from our farming communities, real estate development, new home builders and classic car restoration-appreciation has created a wealth of opportunities to enjoy while helping a diverse clientele achieve their real estate goals. Jill's uncommon background in apparel production and design while growing up in a Real Estate family, helped her career with a distinguished new home builder merging her ingrained real estate genes, product development & design while building hundreds of homes. Upon joining Jim, Jill's unique background has proved helpful to our residential and commercial clients envision what their space could-be while continuing to feed her creative passion at the same time. They thrive on day to day residential listings and house hunts from Tracy to San Francisco and Acampo to Los Gatos and Jill was even filmed for HGTV's My First Place for a special house hunt in Walnut Creek. Although uncommon to most Real Estate professionals, that's how they've always been and will continue to be. They are centrally based in Fremont but have a great grasp on the greater Bay Area marketplace, continuing to move trusted clients and referred friends to wherever they need or want to be. Jill is honored to be partnered with a 4-decade top-producing Agent and call him Dad. The immense area knowledge he has of when East Bay communities & neighborhoods were built, starting from when the Martin family immigrated from Portugal in the 1800s, has really been valuable resource for their clients to understand where they live, why it was built and what is expected to come! Jim enjoys being an active member on the exclusive Los Rancheros Visitadores Trail Ride and Club, driving teams of horses to camp destinations through the Santa Ynez Valley and has been a member of the Sonoma Trailblazers annual trail ride as well. From growing up on a farm, buying his 1st of many hotrods at 13, breeding rare Hackney Driving horses to inventing riding products and helping fellow ranchers tend to cattle and their properties, Jim keeps the tradition alive and the skillset in motion at all times. Jill enjoys living in Livermore with her 2 little girls, 2 little dogs and police officer husband. Camping, traveling, driving horses in parades with Grampa Jim, helping people get to know the Tri-Valley and hunting down the best live music as a family, couldn't be more fun.
