Due to a recent change in life circumstances I had to scale back on growing my real estate business. I took a big leap of faith when I decided to get into real estate full time during the pandemic. This journey has been both fulfilling and rewarding. It has also taught me that I have the grit to go after anything I set my mind to! Huge congratulations to my clients on the sale of their first home! 🎊 Thank you for putting your trust in me throughout this process. This transaction has been a wild ride. We fell out of contract at no fault of the sellers or property, we got back into contract the very next day, then the buyers ran into financing obstacles which extended the close of escrow. I’m grateful to share that with the right team on our side we made it pass the finish line!

🙌 Here’s a another win to wrap up 2021! One of my best friends always remind me how valuable it is to be able to speak multiple Chinese languages. I confirmed that fact while hosting the open house for this listing. I was able to effortlessly communicate with buyers in Mandarin and Cantonese. And one of those buyers wrote the accepted offer.

As an immigrant, I mostly grew up in a less than 500 SqFt in law unit shared with 5 others. I shared a bedroom with my two sisters and slept on the top bunk up until I moved out for college. As a result of this experience, a big part of my American Dream encompasses home ownership. In 2009, I financially supported the purchase of my parents house. In 2018, I helped my parents pay off their house. In 2021, I can officially check off homeownership on my list.
