Nine months. Three times on market. And today, we finally closed.
I’ll be honest — this one got to me.
My sellers had already moved across the country when we listed this home. So I did what felt right — I showed up. I blew the yard, kept the landscaping clean, made sure the home was spotless for every showing, and yes… made sure no little critters decided to move in while we waited.
I treated it like it was mine. Because when someone trusts you with their home from 3,000 miles away, that’s the only way I know how to do it.
This wasn’t an easy one. Three listing periods over nine months will humble you. But it also taught me so much about patience, about the power of how a home is presented and marketed, and about not giving up.
When the right buyer came — and they did come — my sellers had multiple offers to choose from. That part never gets old. 🙌
I’m going to miss this one. But I’m so glad it found the right hands.
