I started this page keep us connected about real estate. My goal is to put forth my best practices and provide as much information as possible to everyone who needs it. My belief is and always has been transparency. I tell it like it is, no beating around the bush. I'll be posting tips, guides, videos, text to help guide you through your real estate experience. I know selling and buying a home is an incredibly emotional and stressful experience at times, but that's why I'm here. 😉

🏠Knowing how much you can afford. As much as you want to look for properties online and get excited with home searching, let's take a step back. You want to be qualified. If you are not planning to buy a property with cash, have you gotten a pre-approval from a loan officer? This would be the very first step! If you do not know any loan officers, I can help make the best recommended professionals to help you get started. Generally it would be a quick consultation followed by verification documents which they require for further processing.
🏠Educating you on the buying process step by step. Knowing the whole escrow process.
🏠What to do, and what not to do during the home buying process.
🏠Noting the different disclosures, inspections, etc. for home.
