Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk just signed leases in one of Oakland's Corporate Buildings. Reading a post from LinkedIn, there are many more details to this news. It's all good news. It is said to wake up Oakland's sleepy Real Estate Market. Yeah......Such good news for City of Oakland! Nice to hear, more manufacturing and much more coming to City of Oakland. More money, solves more issues, building up the City that once earned Most Beautiful City! I am very happy to hear and read about this! This is good for us REALTORS, serving the San Francisco Bay Area and Oakland! Money in your city always grows and pick's up your cities. They will afford to grow and invest in their schools, housing market will grow.

In the midst of my 4 Year DRE Renewal lessons and testing for my license. Almost to the end of these numerous lessons. Very rewarding, some new information. Some reminders of other information. I always value what I learn and appreciate when I need to do this. It contributes to my knowledge and helps me stay in compliance. Gives me more to offer and more knowledge to protect my clients, sellers and buyers. 32 years of real estate sales. All the experiance and knowledge my sales manager inform me is the equivalent of two bachelor degrees. Awesome thought! Thank you Dan Birdwell Realtor. I love my brokerage, "Legacy Real Estate and Associates," and I love the leadership team that guide and provide me with what I need to arm myself in knowledge to better service each seller and each buyer to meet their real estate objectives. I have supported particiapted in many different volunteer capacities: American Cancer Society Relays and Fundraisers, Food Bank Drives, My Beloved Church, "Redemption West as a Greeter," Adopt an Angel and with each year's annual charity drive for foster children it benefited me like I was contributing the magic of Christmas to my precious daughter in Heaven, and each time I gave generously to make that magic be for that little Angel unknown to me," Most rewarding from 2016 the starting of a neighborhood watch group in a former community I once lived and the passion of Captain, Sponsor and Organizer for every annual National Night Out Event from 2017-2026 with exception to Pandemic Covid Restricted Gathering period. Ten Years of National Night Out Success honoring and bringing Honor to the Milpitas Fire Department and the Milpitas Police Department Heroes who serve the community. Recruiting every Neighborhood Watch Captain, Block Captains, and Co-Captains during this period of time to collaborate with me to get the residents out into the community park to engage with the HEROES. This engagement of residents, is the goal for the Heroes of the Milpitas Police Department and the Milpitas Fire Department to benefit from the face to face encounters with the residents and joyful meaningful engagements in conversations. Meeting and Greeting the VIP Guests of Ro Khanna's Office on occassion and the VIP of the City of Mipitas. Ten years of supporting this event in this way, has reached it's maturity in the community. A milestone for me and for the community 2017-2026. I am grateful for that experience, the relationships grown, and the meaning of why it is so important and how the support contribute to the residents and the Heroes. I am grateful. I have enjoy supporting my Broker, Bill Aboumrad's Little League International World Series on REALTORS DAY in Livermore annually when I can. Just serving lunch to all those little young atheletes is such joy and wishing them well and a great game. These experiences and those of past shape me to be your preferred REALTOR to assist you in selling your home, your land, your multi - Dwelling Investments in Real Estate. It is an honor to have that opportunity. I take those opportunities with great pride and genuine care to protect you, protect the transaction, and protect your investment.
