It is a beautiful Saturday, and I am out stratigically setting out my signs for maximum signage visability and exposure. My colleagues husband doing the same for their home new on market for sale. What an opportunity! We have a double dual teamwork to promote and get the word out to attract interested buyers from ourvsigns to our Edgewood Neighborhood Community Open Houses. Oh how these little babies grow so fast. My little precious grandaughter is so amazing. Watching her grow has been fascinating, fun and pure joy. Now here is baby grandson and he is now showing his expressive character and many expressive sounds and smiles, and giggles. He is so delightful. My granddaughter is very gentle and so loving with her baby brother. He loves right back with big eyes, smiles, and baby coos. Every little advancement is so exciting and such joy. Awhhhh. I love them so much. Thankful for the precious man, wonderful daddy, terrific son in law my daughter was Blessed by Gods design, chosen for Gods Love, devotion, commitment, and Love that God "Gifted" my precious daughter and her husband. All praises to Jesus, they are always in Jesus, care, protection, and covering. In Jesus Name Amen. Happy mom, and happy grandma. It is a beautiful season for us as a family. So grateful.

Tracy Chamber of Commerce has a new tenant in their building. A new Live Real Estate Office, and their grand opening ribbon cutting was this late afternoon. I went, and was happy I did! First time to attend CVAR marketing meeting in Tracy. Toured 3 of 4 new listings. I learned of a new strategy and loan option that could be of value as another valuable tool for seniors additional to the reverse mortgage or reverse purchase known as the lifestyle home loan. The Mortgage Doctor gave this presentation. Then met Liz, she is a Loan Officer Specialist that also can perform Reverse Mortgage and Reverse Purchase loans. She brought up a good point. Unlike the risky predatory reputation of those type of loans years ago, they are now pretty good options to consider to allow the aging population stay in their homes or move up sizing down more simple lifestyle because they are now FHA Government backed loans. I have the relationships, resources and tools to assist the aging population today, the bsby boomers and also the Gen X on their hereditary properties with other tools, strategies.
