This is my ritual almost every morning. Chasing chickens out of my horse’s stall. They love to come and eat his grain. And my horse is so polite. He just stands there and lets them eat with him. Too funny.

Buyers, the market is still pretty hot. Rates most likely will not be coming down. Do not sit on your backside and wait for a market crash. It is not going to happen here in the Bay Area. Call me for more updates.

I love when the hummingbirds come to visit me. I just make my own nectar. They love it. Sometimes I have to remember that they’re there because they’ll dive bomb each other out in the backyard. And they will fly so close to me.

Question for my FB friends. Have any of you ever encountered a restriction on any of your FB pages. I had a restriction placed on my account from 2021. I had no idea until last week because someone fraudulently posted an ad on my account and it was in violation of their policies. I never got a notice of it. So last week I was trying to run an ad and I was told I could not. So I reached out to FB and even paid for their Meta Support so my case would get escalated. They are saying that I have surpassed the 180 days to do an appeal. Well duh. I never even knew about it and the worse part is FB could not tell me what the restriction was from, but I discovered it on my own. A travel company posted an ad. I have never owned and have never been affiliated with a travel company. So clearly FB screwed up because they did not catch it. And if a notice was sent out it probably went to the company that violated the rules but not me. Well needless to say 5 days later and so many hours trying to get to a specialists when I finally get one today she tells me, I am sorry I cannot do anything. WTF. Then why did they let me contact a specialists. And the most frustrating part is that when you are in the chat it is all AI. So we all know AI does not have a brain. But then you send me to a specialist and she did not have one either. Anyways does anyone know of a path to get to a live person to help me. Although at this point I am thinking that I really do not want to give my money to FB now. I know there are tons of ways to advertise free. Just asking. Thanks.
