Join Our Property Management Team! 🏡
Work in a small, fast-paced environment Monday – Friday from 8 AM – 4 PM in downtown Fremont, NE. We’re seeking a Leasing/Inspection Agent to join our Property Management Department.
In this position, you’ll be responsible for inspecting and showing rental properties, marketing rental units, processing applications, preparing leases, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, and assisting current and prospective tenants. You’ll also support the Property Manager with day-to-day operations and communications with property owners.
A successful candidate is personable, professional, reliable, customer-service oriented and has strong communication and organizational skills. You should be comfortable multitasking in a busy, energetic office environment and able to quickly learn property management software and systems. Pay rate will be based on experience. We are willing to train without property management or leasing experience!

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bilingual is a plus!
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Previous leasing or customer service experience is a plus but not required!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Comfortable learning and using online applications such as RentCafe & Yardi
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must enjoy working with people and have a positive, professional attitude
- Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to leasing appointments
