After spending more than 14 years as a facilities manager and mechanic for big names like United Airlines and Stanford University, and working all over the world, Paul Cardoso traded it all in for something completely different — a career in real estate. fession and his enjoyment of building relationships initially pushed him to become an agent. Paul grew up in Fremont and currently resides in Newark, but has lived everywhere on the Peninsula from Millbrae to Mountain View. His clients benefit from his extensive area knowledge, his assessments of both on- and off-market homes, and his help in identifying solid investments. As someone who is highly-detailed and organized, Paul works hard to stay one step ahead in every transaction, ensuring a stress-free experience. Due to his engineering background, Paul is also an excellent problem solver and critical thinker. Smashburger was a hit today! 🍔🔥 They were open until 6 PM, but by the time I checked in around 4:30, they were already sold out. That’s a pretty solid sign the burgers are worth chasing down. I’ll definitely be back tomorrow for round two and Early!

Around 2:30 PM is usually the quiet time during an open house 👀

At least here in the Bay Area, I’ve noticed that 2–3 PM tends to be the slower window during most open houses.

That’s honestly why I tell past clients, neighbors, and friends that it’s the best time to stop by if they actually want to sit, chat, and enjoy the house without the bigger crowds.

Today’s patio setup included a 2016 Bordeaux that Marissa & Dustin gifted me a few Christmases back 🍷

Nice weather, quiet moments between groups, and good conversation kinda afternoon.

Spent some time walking around Osaka and honestly… the way they maximize space is incredible 👀

From tiny restaurants tucked into alleyways, to compact apartments, stacked parking systems, hidden storage, vending machines everywhere, and multi-use buildings — every part of the city feels intentional.
Nothing feels wasted.

Even with how busy Osaka can be, there’s still this sense of order and efficiency that makes daily life flow really well.

This video is just a small look into some of the smart living ideas and space-saving concepts that stood out to me while exploring the city.

Pour Decisions off Beacon in Fremont has a fun mix of vibes.

Inside, it feels very coffee and fruit tea focused. Outside, the seating has more of that relaxed beer garden feel, which I really liked.

We tried two drinks: the Strawberry Lychee Jasmine Tea and the Original Michelada Lady. The tea wasn’t really for me, but my honey liked it, so that one may depend on your taste.

Now the michelada? That was the winner for me. Great flavor, and the rim had this tasty chamoy, hot sauce, and salty kick that paired perfectly with the drink. I’ve had my share of micheladas, and this one is an easy 9 out of 10.

To get that full 10 out of 10, I feel like it just needed a little something extra on top, maybe a shrimp, bacon, or a cheese twirl to really take it over the edge.

Fair warning, halfway through the drink the corners of my mouth were almost painted in that orange-red chamoy sauce from the rim. So if you’re looking for great flavor and a little added color on your lips, you found the right place. 😊

7574 Birkdale Drive is officially pending 👀

This one checked a lot of boxes for buyers — 5 bedrooms, updated interior, vaulted ceilings, Tesla solar roof, and a backyard that really helped people picture themselves living there.

Had a lot of great conversations during the open houses and met some awesome Newark neighbors along the way. Always grateful to help showcase homes like this one.
