🏡 Sometimes “full-service real estate” looks a little different… 😂🎨🔨

When the appraisal comes back needing a few minor items addressed — a little painting, some electrical work, and one section of exposed subfloor covered — and the goal is to get the appraiser back out in less than 24 hours so we can keep the closing timeline on track… you make it happen!

So last night, I scooped up my handyman husband and off we went. 😅

⚡ He tackled the electrical and the “hard stuff.”
🎨 I grabbed a paintbrush and got to work.
🏡 And together, we made sure everything was ready for that appraiser to come back out!

Is painting technically in the REALTOR® job description? Probably not. 😂 But sometimes getting to the closing table means rolling up your sleeves, finding solutions, and doing what needs to be done for your clients.

Just a little behind-the-scenes glimpse of what real estate can look like when nobody is watching. ❤️
