MUD RACE RULES
2026
4&6 Cylinder
Stock Engine 4 cylinder or 6 cylinder engine. Engine must be for the make and model of the Truck or Jeep etc.
38” Tire Max
No After Market block or heads, NO nitrous, alcohol or other mixed gas.
MUST BE FULL body except for doors. If no doors then it must have a roll cage.
Lift Kits are ok and fender trimming for tire clearance is allowed.
STOCK
Must be FACTORY engine, trans, rear ends, for that make and model of truck.
Engine must be stock WITH smooth idle.
Must have all accessories on vehicle.
NO Roller Rockers, hydraulic cam ONLY unless it came FACTORY for that truck.
NO Headers, Exhaust must run to the rear end of the truck
NO Gutting of trucks, EVERYTHING must remain factory for that truck.
MUST pull 20” of vacuum. Vacuum will checked at random
NO Race gas of any kind or mixing of gases.
NO Aftermarket shifters
38” Tire MAX. NO aggressive tires. Radials only. Truck must sit level.
STREET STOCK
Engine and Trans MUST be factory for make and model of truck.
472 Cubic inch MAX
MUST BE factory heads and block.
NO AFTER MARKET heads or blocks, this means NO aluminum heads or blocks
Aluminum Intake is ok but must be factory height. (NO High-Rise intake) 650 CFM Carbs only (4160 Holley)
NO Roller or Solid Lift Cams.
MUST pull 18” vacuum at 1100 RPMs.
NO Dual Line or Double Pump Carburetors
NO Electric Fuel Pumps. Fuel pumps must be in factory location. Headers are ok BUT must stay inside the frame and MUST be capped.
NO Stall Convertors or Trans brakes.
Rachet Shifters are allowed.
NO gutting of body and NO body swaps.
MUST be factory body and frame
MUST be factory suspension for that make and model. NO suspension swaps. MUST have at least 4 leaf springs in the rear. NO 3 link, 4 link, ladder or tractions bars.
ALL glass must be in the truck
Lift Kits are allowed but truck must sit level.
38” tires MAX. NO mix match tires and NO cut tires.
HOT STOCK
DOT tires 38” MAX. NO cut tires. NO mix matched tires.
500 Cubic Inch MAX on engine
770 CFM Carburetor MAX. Dual Line allowed. NO double pumpers.
NO aftermarket blocks or heads.
MUST have Factory Choke tower
NO Roller Rocker or Roller Cams. Solid Lift or Hydraulic are allowed
NO Electric Fuel Pumps. Fuel pump must be in Factory locations on motor.
Headers are allowed; CAN be uncapped. Upright headers are allowed.
Racing Fuel is allowed. NO Alcohol or mixed gases of ANY KIND.
Dual plane intakes ALLOWED
Stall Converters are allowed, but no Trans brake or Power Glides.
After market shifters are ALLOWED
Factory Suspension and must be in Factory location. NO ladder bars, NO strapping suspension.
Fuel cell may sit in the bed of the truck.
Racing Seat is allowed.
Lights and Dash must be in Factory location.
Bumpers and Tailgates are optional.
MUST PULL 13” vacuum and will be checked at random.
PRO STREET
MUST be FULL size truck and frame and body MUST remain factory.
38” DOT Tire MAX. NO Cut tires.
560 Cubic Inch motor MAX Will be checked random
1050 CFM Carburetor MAX (4150) NO DOMINATORS
Upright Headers are allowed
NO After market blocks or heads. MUST be factory.
Heads CAN’T be modified.
Roller Cams are allowed.
Racing fuel allowed. NO Alcohol or Mixed gases of any kind. NO nitros.
Stall Convertors are ALLOWED. NO Power glides, NO Trans brakes, NO Rack and Pinons.
After Market Shifters are ALLOWED.
MUST be Factory suspension. (3 leaf springs on rear is minimum)
NO Pinning or Strapping of Front Suspension
NO Traction Bars
SUPER STOCK
40” DOT Tire MAX. NO cut tires.
NO Tunnel Rams or Sheet Metal intakes.
NO Alcohol, Nitros, or Mixed gases
NO high-performance blocks. After market CAST blocks are ALLOWED. Aluminum Heads are ALLOWED.
Factory body and Frame. Chevy to Chevy, Ford to Ford, etc.
NO After market Transfer Case, NO Chain Drives.
Engine, trans, and differential to remain in Factory location.
Stall Convertors and Trans brake ALLOWED
2 Leaf Springs MINIMUM on rear end
Floaters are ALLOWED.
Shocks CAN BE moved.
NO pinning or strapping of Front Differential.
NO Laptop hook up.
