1 — How many houses we tour
There’s no magic number. Some buyers walk into the right home on day one. Others explore dozens before finding the perfect fit. Either way is completely normal. We keep looking until you find the home that feels right for you.
2 — If you back out during inspection
The inspection period is there to protect you. If we uncover issues or something gives you pause, you have the right to reassess. I’d much rather you move forward with confidence than feel pressured into a purchase that doesn’t sit right with you.
3 — How many questions you ask me
As many as you want. This is one of the biggest investments you’ll ever make, and you deserve to fully understand every step. Ask anything, anytime—even if it’s the same question more than once. My job is to make sure you feel informed and comfortable throughout the process.
