ABSOLUTE APPRAISAL GROUP will be hosting our first “pulling comps” class on Friday February 10 at 11am. We will be reviewing comp selection from an appraisal perspective and what to do when you have a unique or complex property.

We are soooo happy to announce our first Appraisal Educational Zoom Series for our Real Estate Community!

At Absolute Appraisal Group, we are all about “VALUE” not just in our reports but with what we bring to our community in the way of education and awareness!

Please join us as we start a 3 part series over the summer explaining what exactly is in an appraisal report, why it’s in there and we will be addressing some major myths about appraisals. Each session will have a 20 minute Q & A at the end, to ask us all those crazy appraisal questions you may or may not have.
