This home is officially SOLD!! I’m so happy that my Seller is able to move on to the next chapter of his life. It’s interesting to think that just a few months ago, my Seller was a total stranger. Art and I would pass by and see this small “For Sale By Owner” sign on the street and I knew I could help him sell his house if he let me. After speaking with him and keeping in touch, he agreed. This transaction was one for the books. I’m so grateful for the opportunity and for my Seller taking a chance and trusting me to sell his family home of many years. I wanted to prove to him that I would treat the selling of his home as if it were my own. I communicated every aspect of the process and worked super hard to get the job done. Real estate is a crazy business but hey, I love crazy 🤪
