When we say we're a *community* land trust, we mean it.
South Tower CLT started by bringing a park to our neighborhood, the first park in South Tower. And now, we are increasing accessibility to books and community by bringing an independent bookstore to South Tower: Judging by the Cover.

The Expanded Access to Arts and Culture (EAAC) program supports projects and organizations that increase access to arts and cultural experiences for City of Fresno residents. This program is funded through Measure P - and Round 3️⃣ is now open!

South Tower CLT has successfully applied for 2 project grants in the previous rounds. We are open to fiscally sponsoring artists for project grants that either: 🏘️ live in South Tower (Olive Ave to 180), 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 have a project that will directly impact South Tower residents, or 🏢 has a project located on South Tower CLT properties

August 15, 2026: Eligibility Screening Forms due
September 30, 2026: Applications due
