Need experienced property management assistant that has helped manage rentals in Fresno County, used Yardi or Property Management Software, paperwork, deposits and lease checks, must type min 40 WPM to 60, 3 Day notices and evictions, etc... and a min of 1-year experience (If you have escrow transaction coordinator experience, it is a plus, mention it in your resume and or email).
Hrs to start would be 14 hrs total a week, 3.5 hrs a day, 4 days a week and will increase as workload increases and depending on experience, may increase immediately. This position hours will increase up to 30 to 35 hours a week, as workload increase. You should be an organizer, convey professionalism over the phone, a positive person, a good communicator both written & verbally, excellent computer skills, attention to details, have a good sense of humor, be a fast learner with a quick mind and be willing to work hard and smart, enjoy a busy pace, handle stress well, and a take-charge person. And again most important, must have a dependable transportation, be on time & looking for a long-term position.
