Just wanted to discuss the transaction a little more from the Sold sign in front of the property. That way, you can get a little better look at the front yard and landscaping behind me.

This video tour from lakeside came on the day of Final Walkthrough with the buyers, and the seller was still moving out last minute items. I recorded this since it was the only sunny day I was out there for the whole listing period. The rest of the days were all overcast or foggy.

Here's the view from the boat dock at 4703 N Island View at about 11 AM on a bright sunny morning. This is the first time I've been able to record any video footage on a sunny day since I originally took the listing.

Here's another view from lakeside, and I wanted to discuss the Quail Lake HOA fees; how much they are, and exactly what they cover. Living on the water in the Quail Lake paradise does have some monthly costs beyond your mortgage, and it's important that you know and understand this.
