Were you inquiring about the prestigious Park Ridge Apartments on the bluffs? We offer 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes that are very bright and spacious. All of our units include: energy efficient kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, dual pane windows, dining room ceiling fans and good patio space. Wood burning fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets and garages are optional. Those with pets are always welcome, with an additional deposit. Although, we don’t allow restricted breed dogs and cats must be indoor pets.
Park Ridge is down the street from the well-known Woodward Park, conveniently 1 mile from Freeway 41. There are tons of amenities offered here, such as, a fitness room, pool and whirlpool bath. Not to mention a 3-acre park which includes; basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts.
