I’d like to take a moment to thank my clients for continuing to trust me with such an important asset. I actually had the opportunity to help this family purchase this home, and now, years later, I was able to help them sell it and move on to their next chapter. That full-circle moment is one of the reasons I truly love what I do. 🙏 Every real estate transaction is different. Some will test you from beginning to end…and then you get one like this, where everything seems to fall into place even better than expected! This home was on the market for only 4 days before receiving a FULL-PRICE, ALL-CASH OFFER! 💰🔥 We were also able to negotiate the buyer’s agent commission down to 2%, saving my sellers $3,275. 🏡 CLOSED! Another one across the finish line! 🔑 Closed on this beautiful mobile home flip for one of my clients! Over the last couple of years, I’ve been fortunate enough to really learn the mobile home side of real estate, and let me tell you firsthand, these transactions can come with a completely different set of challenges. Any real estate transaction can get complicated during escrow, but mobile homes can be especially tough. Financing, underwriting conditions, park requirements, and timelines can create obstacles that sometimes feel like they’re completely out of everyone’s control. But I’ve learned to appreciate the difficult transactions because they’re the ones that give you experience you simply can’t learn from a textbook. Every challenge teaches me something new and makes me better prepared to anticipate problems, find solutions, and guide my clients through them the next time around.

And this one definitely tested us! 😅

I’m incredibly thankful to my sellers for trusting me throughout the process and understanding that many of the hurdles we faced were outside of our control. There were plenty of moments when it would have been easier to walk away from the deal, but that was never going to be my answer. We stayed patient. We stayed persistent. We kept working the problem.
