❤️ THIS. This one is special to me. And it's been a long time coming.

I started working with this wonderful couple over a year ago. Last summer, we were under contract on their dream home. They had done everything right. . .reduced their debt-to-income ratio, improved their credit, and received full preapproval.

But midway through escrow, underwriting discovered that the buyer's employer placed him on furlough every December, interrupting the two-year employment history required for his loan. Just like that, their dream of homeownership was put on hold.

But we didn't give up.

On the anniversary of his two years of employment, we toured a home they absolutely fell in love with. We submitted an offer. . . and it was accepted! 🙌

🏡 This week, THEY GOT THEIR KEYS to their beautiful new home in Madera! And I'm not sure who's more excited…me or them! 🥹❤️

This is why I love what I do. Sometimes the road to homeownership takes a little longer than expected, but being there to hand my clients the keys after everything they've been through? That's what makes it all worthwhile.

A heartfelt thank you to Christie Majors and our incredible Majors Realty Group team, along with Angela Santamaria and her London Properties team, for your teamwork and professionalism in making this a smooth and successful transaction.

Welcome home, Torres Family! You earned this moment! 🔑❤️

OFFER ACCEPTED! 🔑❤️

This beautifully maintained home in the gated European Parc community in Clovis is the perfect fit for my wonderful client!

One of the most rewarding parts of what I do is helping our veterans move out of rentals and into homes of their own. 🇺🇸

We were up against THREE offers, and I'm thrilled to share that OURS WAS ACCEPTED! 🙌

I couldn't be more excited for my client as we take the next step toward making this house her HOME! ❤️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Another 5-star Zillow review that makes my heart happy! 🏡❤️

Helping my clients navigate one of life's biggest decisions is about so much more than buying or selling a home. It's about trust, communication, and making sure they feel supported every step of the way.

I'm incredibly grateful for the kind words and the opportunity to be part of their real estate journey. Thank you for trusting me with your home and your next chapter! 🥰

Thinking about buying or selling? I'd love to help you, too!

🏡 OPEN HOUSE Sunday, Sept 13!

One of my favorite parts of being a REALTOR® is discovering homes that have been truly cared for. . . and this one immediately stood out to me. From the moment I walked in, the pride of ownership was impossible to miss.

What I love most is how comfortable and functional it feels. Whether you're raising a family or looking to simplify into a single-story home without giving up space, this one just makes sense.

✨ My favorite features:
• Spacious primary suite with room for a sitting area, home office, or potential 4th bedroom
• Two separate living areas
• Sparkling pool for these hot Central Valley summers ☀️
• 3-car drive-through garage
• Solar
• Updated laminate flooring
• Walkable to schools and the Dry Creek Trailhead

I'd love to show you around!
