🎄Our Annual Christmas Dinner will be on Friday, December 9th at 4:30PM in the Clubhouse.
Please remember, this is for Residents Only - no outside guests.

Dinner will be provided by Tahoe Joe's. 🍽️

If you'd like to donate a side dish or dessert, please let Brittney know by 12/5. Unfortunately, these items do need to be store bought - no homemade food will be served. 🧁🥮

📝YOU NEED TO SIGN UP NO LATER THAN 12/5 IN THE OFFICE, sign-up sheet is available next to the coffee pot on the counter or call the Office.

Very Important Reminders!!
Arbor Faire is not just an apartment complex, it’s where many of you, or your parents, call home! We want to take care of this community and make sure it is always kept up and looking it’s best!

Whether you’re coming in to check your mail, putting together a puzzle, or if you want to sit down and watch the Hallmark Christmas Movies we have playing all day long, be sure to grab a cup of coffee.

If you’d like a snack to go with that coffee — or want something else to drink (hot tea, hot chocolate, hot apple cider) and there are none available by the coffee pot, stop in the manager’s office and grab one!

As always, this is a constant reminder and issue we have throughout our property: Please make sure you are picking up after your dog(s) when walking them throughout the complex and outside the gate. If you are caught not picking up after them, there will be a fine to pay.

Also, please no feeding the stray cats or squirrels. We have had an enormous amount of cat f***s throughout the property that has been making our grounds smell and look real bad! There should be no cat food left outside, whatsoever!! If you are caught feeding the cats, you will be charged a $700 Pet Deposit.

** FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO NEED A REMINDER: YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED TWO PETS PER APT! **

As of January 1st, 2022 — Arbor Faire is a Non-Smoking Community.

This is a friendly reminder, that there is to be absolutely NO SMOKING throughout the property and/or in your apartment; that includes your front porch and back patio.

Plenty of time and warnings have been given, fines will start going out — starting at $250. If you are needing to smoke, please walk or drive off the property fence line or go across the street into the open parking lot. Thank you to those who are already doing so.

Last week Tuesday we had some much needed rain 🌧️ — after it was all done and over, we had a double rainbow 🌈 it’s hard to see in the picture, but it sure was beautiful

We have a Community Pantry here in the Clubhouse for all residents to grab from or to contribute.

🎉And I want to thank one very special resident who has helped get this up and running, and who organizes it every week! Ms. Debbie L.👏🏻 — Debbie is a very compassionate and giving person, who loves Arbor Faire and is proud to call it home. She is the type of person who would give you the shirt off her back if you were in need or a hot warm meal if you are hungry! We need more people like Debbie in this world!!

We ask that if you are donating to the pantry that there are no perishable item (nothing that needs to be frozen or refrigerated — no meat, fresh fruit or veggies) and nothing is expired or opened.

It can be household items or food.
Examples: canned veggies or fruit, boxed pasta or rice, pasta sauce, soups, seasonings, cookies and crackers, etc.. — Hand soap, dish soap, hand sanitizer, toilet paper, paper towels, wash clothes, pot holders.

Cash Donations are also accepted — please put money in an envelope and give to the manager, every Friday we fill the pantry with more items.

Last week Tuesday, November 8th, we had our first Bingo Party since Covid and it was such a great turn out. It feels so good to get back to a somewhat “normal” routine of being able to do activities and get togethers.
