The Real Estate Multiple Listing Service has been out for about a week. It has crippled our ability to serve our clients and to do research and analysis.
Here is an update from the organization:
The following update has been provided by Rapattoni:
“As we reported yesterday, we continue to make excellent progress configuring the application software and ancillary services required to bring all systems online. We are having success and our internal teams are testing. All technical resources at our disposal will continue to work around the clock through the weekend.
We previously were not be able to confirm this, but we are now days, not weeks, away from being able to bring up your “core” MLS system. Our goal is to have your core MLS system back up and running as soon as possible. Once that occurs, your members will be able to utilize all core features, including adding and editing listings, searching and mapping listings, client portals, and, most importantly, data syndication to the consumer sites. Other features may require additional time, and we will work on bringing them back as quickly as possible.
