Investors are not only slowing down on purchasing properties, but are also selling properties they have.

The 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act passed in July 2026. A section within this act limits large institutional investors from purchasing new single-family homes.

Additionally, due to the changes in the housing market, investors are selling homes more than they are buying.
