I am a full time Professional REALTOR® with HomeSmart PV &Associates - Fresno specializing in the sales and marketing of single and multi-family homes and income producing properties. I have been buying, selling, flipping, investing, and managing my real estate for the past 20+ years and am quite familiar with the dynamics of this industry. I have lived, worked and raise
d my family in Fresno (this neighborhood) for over 30 years and am quite familiar with different neighborhoods and their diversity. I have bought/sold many homes in this area and own several properties too. When buying a home, my strategy is to save my clients time and money by obtaining enough information in advance so that they can focus on their family and job(s) during the search period. Using this approach, the buyers preview homes that closely match their criteria. I retired as an Information Technology Project Manager from Fresno County IT Department in December 2011 and became a full time Professional REALTOR® shortly after. I sold my first house as a REALTOR® the first day on the job and proceeded to have the highest number of transactions in the first year as a newcomer, so I was awarded the “Rookie of the Year” in the company. I have an MBA in Information Technology and Entrepreneurship from California State University, Fresno with Bachelors of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science with emphasize in Industrial Engineering.
