Andrea is a great advisor, always available no matter what the time. I had a million questions but she took the time to answer them the best she can. The whole team had great communication skills when they always called me whenever they can and always work with me throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend her to close friends and love ones. The best.

5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Andrea Armas by Ruben M - Andrea and her team were beyond amazing. They made a process that’s very intimidating seem like a breeze. Any hiccups along the way they always had solutions to. I believe I was in the best hands during the home buying process, and even after because they continued to follow up with the move-in. They made me feel secure in making such a life changing decision. Thank you Andrea, thank you team, you’ve helped me fulfill a lifetime achievement and dream. To many more!

Please congratulate my clients for not giving up or losing hope! 🥳🥳

This one was definitely a rollercoaster, but it ended with the best possible outcome...first-time homeowners! 🎉

Andrea Armas - Mortgage Loan Advisor - NMLS #2556326 clients had already been pre-approved with another lender, their offer had been accepted, their earnest money deposit was in, and they were just 7 days from closing when they were suddenly told the loan couldn't move forward, with very little explanation.

Thankfully, their amazing buyer's agent, , knew exactly who to call.

Our team quickly reviewed the file, provided a true underwriting-backed pre-approval, took over the escrow, and successfully closed in just 13 days.

This closing is a reminder that having the right team matters. It took everyone working together with one goal in mind: helping these buyers get the keys to their very first home. 🔑

A huge thank you to buyer's agent Caro and listing agent Matthew Connell of Cathy Freeman & Co for their teamwork and commitment to getting this one across the finish line.

Congratulations to our wonderful buyers! Welcome home. 🏡✨

The best part of this job isn't closing loans.

It's watching someone unlock a chapter they've worked so hard for.
