President-elect in 2018. He also served as its Treasurer in 2016 and 2017 and has served in numerous other leadership positions for his local, state, and national associations of REALTORS®. Recognized as an expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate, Martin earned a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2008. He is an active investor in single-family and multifamily real estate and is a member of the California Apartment Association.
