I negotiated for the sellers to pay about $3,500 in termite work, with that my client got NEW flooring! 😎He was super excited this morning as he had plans to update the floor down the line. One item ✅️ off his list
More importantly I was able to negotiate $9,000 in closing cost credit . The buyer only has to come in with about $500 in closing costs 🎉🎉🎉
