What I Wish Every Seller Knew Before Putting Their Home on the Market

𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲.

Put a sign in the yard. Take some pictures. Schedule a few showings. Get an offer. Head to closing.

But there’s a whole lot that happens between “I think I’m ready to sell” and handing over the keys.

𝗜 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗵 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘀𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼. 😂

The idea? Lay a kiddie pool underneath while you trim so the clippings fall right in instead of having to clean them up afterward.

𝗠𝘆 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟳/𝟭𝟬.

Did it help? Absolutely.
Was it completely mess-free? Definitely not.
Would I do it again? Probably. 😂

I’m always down for a hack that saves a little time around the house—even if it doesn’t work 𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘵𝘦 as perfectly as the internet makes it look.
