Last Reminder!! Originally scheduled for last weekend but rained out. Tomorrow is the big day of our annual Easter Egg Hunt. In just a few days we will be having our annual Easter Egg Hunt at Fife Park. Hosted by CIA HOA and Heritage Park Realty, this event is always a blast. Egg hunting, bunny appearances, prizes, snacks, and games. Bring out the kiddos and enjoy a day with us. This event was rescheduled from original date and will take place this Saturday April 12th from 10am-12pm.

The top 10 markets for 2025 are exclusively in the South and West, with Texas, Florida, and Virginia topping the list for projected home prices and home sales. Other states boasting a healthy home inventory include Colorado, Arizona, Georgia, and North Carolina.
