So happy for Cole and Marissa on the purchase of their very first home together! It was right at 4 weeks from contract to close although we ran into some obstacles, namely low appraisal, we were able to problem solve and persevere to their benefit!

Thankful for Colleen Purkins with Southwest Funding for another successful closing and to D’Ann Andrus and her team at Fidelity National Title for getting us to the closing table on time! Teamwork brought everything together!
