Vote today! The HAR Board of Directors election is officially underway, and I'm reaching out today to ask for your support. Voting starts August 3rd and closes August 7th at 12:00 PM. Look for an email from BigPulse.

As you may know, I'm running for a seat on the HAR Board of Directors representing Small Firms. This is a meaningful opportunity for me to give back to a community that has shaped my entire career, and your vote would mean a great deal.

As Chair of HAR's Professional Development Advisory Group and an active volunteer across TAR and HAR committees, I've already spent this year showing up for the work, not just asking to be elected into it. I bring ten years as a REALTOR® and Broker/Owner, plus a background as a former school principal, leading people through change and making decisions under pressure long before I ever led a brokerage.

If elected, I'll bring a fresh perspective and proven leadership to the Board, advocating for practical education, strong support, and the tools small firm agents need to stay competitive in an ever changing market. I believe our association is strongest when every member's voice is heard, especially those of us building something from the ground up without a big firm behind us.

Hello HAR Members!

You will have two secure and convenient ways to cast your ballot in this years election in August, making participation easier while continuing to protect the integrity, security, and confidentiality of every vote.

As a candidate, I am spreading the word and would like your help reminding colleagues, fellow REALTORS®, and network to participate in the election. HAR will also be promoting the election and voting options across our social media channels throughout the voting period.

Voting is open:

Begins: Monday, August 3
Ends: Friday, August 7 at 12:00 PM
Members can vote using either of these secure methods:

Option 1: BigPulse email (the same voting method used in previous years)
Option 2: HAR Members Only Portal with one-time identity verification

Members may use either method to access their ballot and cast their vote. Once a vote has been submitted, it cannot be changed or resubmitted, regardless of which voting method is used. Only one vote will be counted, and all ballots remain anonymous, confidential, and secure.
