I had the pleasure of working alongside Colton Harbert with Capitol Ranch Real Estate on this transaction. This one had a few bumps along the way, going under contract a couple of times, but we stayed persistent and made it all the way to the finish line 💪

Even better, we sold his sellers’ home with no concessions out of pocket for the seller — and closed early 🙌
