Today (Wednesday), we are still keeping our limited hours of 6am-Noon. Thursday is still an unknown, although it is looking like we should expect tropical storm conditions. Weather being unpredictable and all, and considering that tropical storm conditions can still wreak havoc, we’ll have to assess how both personal and business conditions have been affected. The idea that houses don't sell in November and December comes from outdated historical trends. In fact, several studies show that, on average, homes listed during this time are more likely to sell, sell more quickly, and sell closer to the asking price. Buyers want to see houses when they're not at work. In other words, they can only see homes when they're off work: meaning evenings, weekends and holidays
