This home was under contract… until it wasn’t. When the first buyer backed out, we didn’t panic—we strategized. I dug deep, tracked down foundation repair records from 2005, and armed my seller with everything needed to instill confidence in the next buyer.

All while sifting through waves of lowball offers (because let’s be real—holiday season, snow, and cold weather bring out the bargain hunters). But we held firm. We knew the home’s value, and we weren’t settling.
