Shelters & Warming Stations

The Plano Overnight Warming Station (POWS) is short-term emergency shelter. It operates during inclement weather to provide a safe and secure overnight sleeping environment to those in greatest need. Operational schedules and shelter locations are updated daily by 11 a.m. Visit the POWS website for schedules and shelter locations.

The McKinney Emergency Overnight Warming Station (MEOWS) provides emergency shelter for overnight guests. Locations are subject to change. For availability, call the McKinney Emergency Overnight Warming Station (MEOWS) hotline at 214-945-4637 or follow Emmanuel Labor on Facebook for more information.
