Sometimes the most productive real estate decision of the day has nothing to do with a house. 😂

I had two homes with things happening in Dallas today, a new buyer search to get out and an amendment that needed to be handled asap, and driving all the way back to McKinney just to turn around and come south again made zero sense.

So today’s office: Buzz & Bustle at The Village. ☕️💻

One of my favorite parts of working all over North Texas is finding little places like this to land between appointments.

Real estate is a whole lot of houses… but it’s also knowing the neighborhoods, the coffee shops, the shortcuts, and where you can open a laptop when a deal needs attention NOW.

And yes, the coffee helps. 😉

Football season is officially back, and apparently so is our favorite kind of weekend getaway. 👍🏼🏈

We headed from Dallas to College Station for A&M’s season opener and made a whole weekend out of it.

A little Aggieland.
A lot of football.
Good food, good people, and all the game-day traditions that somehow never get old.

There’s just something about being back on campus when football season starts that makes it feel like fall has officially arrived… even if Texas weather strongly disagrees. 😂

A favorite thing about living in North Texas is how many fun weekend trips are within easy driving distance.

And College Station during football season will always be high on that list.

Your team may play hundreds of miles away… but your people are probably watching somewhere in North Texas. 🏈

I went looking for where college football fans actually gather on Saturdays around Dallas, McKinney, Plano + Frisco, alumni clubs, official watch parties and the bars that turn into unofficial home stadiums every weekend.

From Aggies all over to Vols in Frisco, Buckeyes in Plano and Longhorns, Bulldogs, Rebels, and more in Dallas… consider this your DFW college football Saturday cheat sheet.

And yes, I included the SEC, Big Ten, Big 12 and our hometown teams because apparently choosing sides is part of the fun. 😂

A few locations can change by game or season, so always double-check with your local alumni group before heading out.
