This is my season! I had to get out of my own way which meant moving past the fear or failure, stepping out of my comfort zone, asking for help and taking action. I started small by changing the way I thought of myself and my capabilities and every day since then I’ve gotten closer and closer to making my dreams a reality. While any time is essentially a good time to sell if the market is in your favor, March and April are statistically the best months of the year to sell your home.

Homes listed in the spring sell for the highest prices and go under contract faster than homes listed at other times of the year. This is because buyers tend to house-hunt in the spring more than any other season.☀️
