We’re excited to welcome JPMorganChase to The Tower at HALL Park, marking another major addition to our growing community in Frisco. JPMorganChase has leased 41,000 square feet spanning two floors of The Tower, where approximately 120 employees from Commercial Banking, Private Banking and Select Wealth Management will be based. The new office is expected to open in late 2027 or early 2028.

The decision to expand at HALL Park reflects the continued growth of Frisco and Collin County as a destination for leading companies, talent and business. JPMorganChase employees and clients will have access to HALL Park’s growing mix of office, residential, hospitality, dining, public art and green space, all within one connected community.

As recently featured in Community Impact, HALL Park is pleased to welcome Anthony’s Patio, a Texas-based leader in luxury outdoor living, to its growing mixed-use community. The new 3,784-square-foot showroom at 2401 Internet Blvd. will serve as the company’s Dallas flagship, with plans for an additional 2,000-square-foot experiential outdoor patio showroom.

The addition further strengthens HALL Park’s dynamic mix of office, retail and lifestyle offerings while bringing a premier design destination to the campus.
