Rick Fletcher has developed several SF home communities, an office building, an MF home community, and developed land for Dell & Toyota. sfully relocate The Dallas Cowboys, UNT, Keurig Dr Pepper and the PGA to Frisco. Rick is a native Texan and has resided in Frisco for 23 years. A longtime Frisco volunteer leader, he has served as P&Z Commissioner, chairman of the Frisco Downtown Advisory Board, chairman of the US 380 Design Advisory Committee, a member of the Frisco Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee, a member of the Downtown Master Plan Committee, and on many other city, police, historical, church and scouting committees. As a Frisco Heritage board member, Rick spearheaded a fundraising project to successively build an exact replica of the city's 1912 jail. Rick was also appointed by our area mayors as chairman of the Friends of Scouting committee where he and other fellow Eagle Scouts raised needed funds for the Boy Scouts of America by recruiting President George W. Bush, First Lady Laura Bush, Condoleezza Rice and Robert Gates to serve as their annual banquet speakers. He co-founded Texas Dream Cruise, one of the largest car shows in Texas. Rick is a lector and usher with his church. He is also a noted local historian and a frequent writer on Frisco historical topics. Rick is president of Frisco Land Company and is currently assisting in the development of the Music Street live entertainment campus on the Dallas North Tollway. He has also recently served as a project manager for Tyler Country Market and their partnership with the Charlie Daniels family. Rick is also president of NTXtalk Media Group, including developing Frisco Talk as one of the highest-trafficked community pages in the U.S. Austin and has completed real estate and other graduate business courses at the University of Houston. Prior to moving to Frisco, he developed several SF home communities, an office building, a MF home community, a medical clinic; and developed land for the Dell HQ campus and for the Toyota 6-state distribution facility. Rick founded and has since retired as Chairman and CEO for Frisco-based HRchitect, now in its 24th year, and has led strategic projects at many U.S., Canadian, and European corporations including FedEx, Disney, Apple, The Mayo Clinic, Raytheon, The New York Times, Texas Health Resources, Hyatt, Southwest Airlines, Dr Pepper, Sprint and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints over two decades. Rick has spoken at over 250 conventions and conferences. And he has served as a guest lecturer for the graduate schools at Vanderbilt, San Jose State and Golden Gate universities. Rick is the youngest recipient of a Summit lifetime achievement award for the HR systems profession, and he served many years as the managing editor of a worldwide HR systems professional journal. He has been married to his wife Janey for 32 years and they have two children.
