Just helped one of my previous clients by this 18 acre parcel in Lamar County just South of Paris TX. I met Sudha about 14 years ago when I helped her buy her home in Plano TX. Sudha has been kind enough to refer several of her friends to me and now we have done our second transaction together. This parcel has water access, a pond, access by a gravel road and is surrounded by a barbed wire fence. I was able to negotiate a great price for her based on the comps. I can do the same for you.
