One word echoed throughout every speech at last Thursday’s groundbreaking ceremony: partnership.

Because at its core, that’s exactly what Firefly Park is built on—a partnership with the City of Frisco, its residents, local businesses, and the people who make this community such an incredible place to live, work, and gather.

We are deeply grateful to the partners who are helping bring Firefly Park to life and who play such an important role in its future success.

NEW RESTAURANTS, SPA AND LIVE MUSIC VENUE COMING TO FRISCO’S FIREFLY PARK 🔥

Frisco’s Firefly Park is gaining momentum with a new wave of tenants — adding dining, wellness and nightlife to one of the city’s biggest developments.

📍 Where: Firefly Park, Frisco
🗓️ Opening: Fall 2027 (Phase 1)

New tenants announced:
• 🥐 Frenchie – French-American concept with all-day dining (pastries → steak frites)
• 💆 Woodhouse Spa – Luxury spa with facials, massages and wellness treatments
• 🍺 Second Rodeo Brewing – Live music, house-brewed beer + open-air vibe
• 👕 TYLER’S – Retail anchor already announced

A major project that’s quickly turning into a destination, not just a development.
