It was a busy weekend with 2 open houses. In the end we did accept an offer that was even better than we planned for. My 82 yr old client is ecstatic & already packing for her move to Oklahoma to be closer to family.

We originally wrote an offer to build a home with a local builder. Unfortunately supplies and materials have been hard to come by. So we had to pull out of the new construction and go with our back up plan. This home is eight months old so pretty much brand new!!

My client is excited and should be in this new home before the new year.
