Story Time: Some of you may remember the story of the house that went into foreclosure. Months of hard work, countless conversations, and in the end, the sale never happened. It was one of those moments that could make you question everything.

But God wasn’t finished.

Not long after, another homeowner from the same neighborhood called me. Their home had been listed with another agent and wasn’t selling. We stepped in, created a strategy, prepared the home, and launched our pre-marketing.

The result? An offer in 0 days on the market.

But the journey wasn’t over. What looked like a quick win turned into a 3-month process filled with obstacles, delays, and moments where it felt like the deal might fall apart.

Yet every time doubt crept in, I was reminded of one thing: If God brought you this far, He will bring it to completion.

And He did.

Today, that home is officially SOLD.

This isn’t just a real estate story. It’s a reminder that God’s faithfulness doesn’t end when things get difficult. Sometimes the breakthrough comes after the disappointment. Sometimes the victory comes after the setback.

So excited for Samson and Merlyn as they officially make their move back to Dallas from Houston! 🙌🏡 What made this journey so special was seeing everything fall into place at the right time. They found a home they genuinely loved, secured it at an amazing price, and stepped into instant equity.

The beautiful part of the story is that when they first toured the home, they knew they weren’t quite ready yet. Instead of forcing the process, they trusted God’s timing and believed that if the home was truly meant for them, it would still be there when the time was right.
