Real estate gets REAL when things go wrong👀 Here are 2 times we had to figure it out FAST:

1️⃣ Our listing FLOODED during one of DFW’s snowstorms… A WEEK BEFORE CLOSING🫢 We got to the bottom of it, handled what needed to be handled, and still closed ON TIME! Our sellers AND the buyers were amazed by how much we took off their plates so they didn’t have to carry the stress.

2️⃣ Our buyer’s new build appraised $8K under contract price — with a very well-known builder at that — and the builder wouldn’t budge😬 We got to work, found a solution, and negotiated a deal that cost our buyer just $5 more a month without losing the home.
